Ms. Stansbury is passionate to share over 17 years of human resources experience. In her current role as Director, Inclusion & Diversity at Advance Auto Parts she has responsibility for the integration of Inclusion and Diversity strategies into the organization and culture with the goal of enhancing team member engagement, retention and capabilities. Prior to joining Advance she has held several HR leadership positions across Recruiting, Organizational Effectives, Training and Talent Management with organizations in Retail, Healthcare and Financial Industries.
Ms. Stansbury holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Colgate University, and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Change Leadership from Kaplan University. She is a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Diversity Professional.
