The Inaugural Greenville Healthcare Diversity Summit is two events:
- Community Health Fair: 8am-4:30pm, Cost: FREE
- First 200 receive FREE gift bags. Come and learn preventative healthcare and visit resources booths of free/discounted clinics in the area, higher education in healthcare, healthcare systems, and insurance options face-to-face as well as receive noninvasive screenings and educational videogames. We hope you’ll join us to learn more about providing effective healthcare as well as services offered in your community! EVERYTHING IS 100% FREE
- Healthcare Diversity Summit: 8am- noon, Cost: $49
- A discussion among dynamic and diverse leaders within the NC healthcare industry and research. Participants to engage in dialog and action with the healthcare community on diversity & leadership best practices using the council as the primary medium. Discussions revolve around the need for and impact of cultural competency and impact of poverty on our healthcare system.
