Women in Leadership Symposiums (WILS) are designed to empower women to gain skills, reflect on their strategies and goals, as well as gain connections and tools to bring those goals to life. The 2014 Charlotte (WILS) will be more collaborative and interactive than many of our WILS have been in the past. The format will be a series of brief presentations focusing on communication, empowerment, and influence which will then be discussed in small groups and brought back to the larger group. We feel he opportunity to discuss issues collaboratively and encourage men to become involved in Women’s empowerment are key to success for everyone. The event will be conclude with a Q&A session with all facilitators and networking time.
You will receive education, inspiration, and encouragement as you reflect on your own goals. We will engage each participant through this interactive process. You will have the opportunity to express your own knowledge and needs, as well as learn from your table, the audience, and the experts.
The goal of this event is to provide useful knowledge, strategies, and tools to empower our participants to achieve their own goals.
